Coe says Willis could take gold at 2012 Olympics
QUEENSTOWN, NZ - Two-time Olympic 1500m champion Sebastian Coe believes that Nick Willis has what it takes to win gold at the 2012 London Olympics. Coe, speaking to the Oceania National Olympic Committess in Queenstown, recalled watching Willis capture the bronze medal in Beijing, "with great pleasure" and that there was "he's been competitive amongst the strength of Africa. But he follows in a very fine tradition," including Dick Quax, Rod Dixon and 1976 Olympic 1500m champion John Walker. When asked about Willis' chances to move up the podium in London, Coe answered, "If you believe it, then it's possible. Nobody else can set your dreams, they're yours.
