ABA partners with DeeDee Trotter, Test Me I'm Clean
INDIANAPOLIS, IN - The American Basketball Association has partnered with DeeDee Trotter, the 2007 USATF Champion at 400m and an Olympic gold medalist in the 2004 Olympic 4x400m Relay, In her Test Me I'm Clean program. Test Me I'm Clean is a non-profit organization intended to educate and inform young people about the dangers and consequences of performance enhancing drugs. Trotter, a former NCAA Champion while at the University of Tennessee, said of Test Me I'm Clean, "Our most vital task is to deliver the message that in abiding by the 3-H's, Hard work, Honesty and Honor, athletes can reach the pinnacle of success not only in their support but in their lives."
Chris Glisson, co-owner and general manager of the Knoxville Thunderbolts, said of th enew partnership, "We have been working closely with DeeDee in our inaugural season in the ABA. She is a very special young woman, dedicated to a program so very important to all sports and has been a wonderful inspiration to all of us."Read more...
